NSW: Murder victim s family to appeal for help in finding killer

SYDNEY, Dec 10 AAP - The family of the West Dapto mother found murdered with her two
young children this week, will appeal today for public help to find their killer.

Allison Penrose, 27, and her two young sons, Jake Cikos, 4, and Travis Cikos, 15 months,
were all found dead in their beds on Monday night by the boys' father and Ms Penrose's
de facto husband, Sandor Cikos.

Ms Penrose's parents, Allan and Norma Penrose and her brothers Wayne and Rodney, will
address a media conference in Warilla, near Wollongong today.

They will be accompanied by detectives from Strike Force Pulham, set up on Tuesday
to investigate the triple homicide.

Autopsy results have revealed that Ms Penrose died from a blow to the head and asphyxation.

Tests on the children's bodies are expected to reveal they were suffocated.

Sandor Cikos was due to appear at a media conference yesterday, to appeal for help
in finding his family's killer, but on legal advice, decided against it.
